Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Period: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Conditions of Return: Items must be returned in original, unwashed and unused condition.
  • Free Returns: We offer free returns for all items, unless they were purchased during a promotion or with a discount, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to be made by express courier to the address Primo S.r.l. – Via Tivoli, 33 – 92015 Raffadali (AG)
  • Return Method: Items can be returned either to our physical store or by express courier.

Return Process

  1. Return Request: Visit our returns page and fill out the online return form in your member area.
  2. Confirmation of Return: You will receive a confirmation email with full instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Return Shipping: Pack the item and ship it to us.
  4. Return Processing: Returns are generally processed within 10-15 business days after receipt of returned items.
  5. Refund: Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
